appgamecooker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download and play Complete The Squares for personal, non-commercial entertainment.


### 2. Health & Safety Warning (Photosensitive Seizures / Epilepsy)

A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual patterns, flashing lights, or moving shapes. 

* Although Complete The Squares is designed with clean visuals, playing video games carries inherent visual stimulation risks.

* If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to playing.

* **Discontinue play immediately** and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye/muscle twitching, or involuntary movements.


### 3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Goods

* Virtual items (such as extra lives, hints, or ad-free access) purchased in-game are digital goods without real-world monetary value.

* All purchases are finalized via Google Play Billing under Google’s refund policies.


### 4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Complete The Squares is provided **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, **appgamecooker** shall not be liable for:

* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game.

* Hardware performance issues, battery drain, or unexpected app crashes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
