This Privacy Policy applies to all Android applications published by appgamecooker on Google Play.

1. About us
appgamecooker is an independent solo developer based in Romania, publishing mobile applications and games on Google Play.

2. Information we collect
Our apps are designed to collect minimal data where possible. Depending on the specific app:

a) Device and usage information
Device model, operating system version; app usage or diagnostics where we or our SDKs collect them. IP address may be processed by third-party services (for example ad or delivery networks).

b) Advertising data
Apps that use Google AdMob may process identifiers and related data for purposes such as serving ads, measuring performance, and fraud prevention, in line with Google’s policies and your device or account settings. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be non-personalized or personalized. We do not sell your personal data.

c) Purchase information
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Note: Some apps (for example VoiceSeal) are designed to collect no network data and may operate fully offline.

3. How we use information
To run and improve the app; to show ads where the app includes advertising; and, where applicable, to diagnose crashes or stability issues.

4. Third-party services
Our apps may use services including: Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Google Firebase (for example crash reporting) only where that app actually includes the relevant SDK. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the app, or when required by law or to protect safety.

6. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. No internet transmission is completely secure.

7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described. Much information stays on your device only.

8. User rights

9. Children’s privacy and ad settings

9.1 General-audience apps (including most of our games)
Many of our applications are intended for a general audience and are not primarily directed to children under 13 under U.S. COPPA in the way a dedicated children’s app would be. For those apps:

• Ad requests to Google AdMob are not flagged as child-directed for COPPA purposes; we use TagForChildDirectedTreatment.False (or Unspecified only if we do not make a COPPA child-directed determination for that title), in line with how the app is presented on Google Play.
• Depending on your country and your choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (and where Google requires it), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) or equivalent certified consent tools so you can manage advertising-related choices where applicable.

9.2 Age and store listing
The intended age group and content rating for each app are shown on its Google Play store page. If an app is not intended for children, that is reflected there and in any app-specific privacy notice.

10. Visual content
Visual content is stylized and family-friendly where stated for a given app. The developer is not responsible for subjective interpretations of imagery.

11. Audio content
In apps that record audio only on your device, recordings are not uploaded or accessed by the developer unless we state otherwise for that specific app.

12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy where the law allows.

This policy covers all applications published under the appgamecooker brand. Individual apps may add short app-specific terms on their store listing or in-app where needed.
