1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Ride Goal Tracker (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not download, purchase, install, or use the App.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. If you obtained the App from Google Play, Google’s terms also apply to the purchase and distribution of the App.

2. Purpose of the App and paid product

The App is a simple manual tally counter with an on-screen overlay. It is a general-purpose counting tool.

The App is a paid product distributed through Google Play. There is no free version. The price is shown on the Play Store listing and may vary by country, currency, and Google’s billing. Payment, refunds, and taxes for the purchase are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies, not by a separate checkout on our servers.

The App does not connect to, integrate with, or receive any data from Uber, Bolt, Google (except Play distribution/billing), or any other third-party platform. Any labels you type (for example “Bolt” or “Uber”) are for your own personal reference only. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Bolt, or any ride-hailing or delivery platform.

The App does not calculate fares, promotions, taxes, or earnings. It only stores numbers and settings that you enter or increment on the device.

He App only shows the numbers you increase or reset on the screen. We do not keep a log, history, or remote record of your counts. Counts are not sent to our servers or to any third-party platform.

3. License

AppGameCooker grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use, after a valid purchase via Google Play (or as otherwise authorized by us).

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where mandatory law allows it. Sharing a paid license in a way that violates Google Play rules is not permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AppGameCooker.

4. Permissions and overlay

To show the floating counter, the App needs display-over-other-apps (overlay) permission, a foreground service, optional notifications, and vibration. You decide whether to grant them. Overlay appears on top of other apps; the App does not read the content of those apps.

You are responsible for using overlay and the counter in a way that is safe and legal (including traffic and workplace rules). Do not use the App in a way that distracts you while driving or performing a task that requires full attention.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, overlay, Android version, or other application. Counts may be wrong if you tap, reset, or configure the App incorrectly, or if the overlay is blocked, killed, or covered by the system.

Purchase of the App does not mean we warrant specific income, promotions, or results from Uber, Bolt, or any other work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppGameCooker and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of data, missed promotions, lost rides or orders, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including inaccurate counts or reliance on the App for financial, tax, employment, or platform-related decisions.

The App is not an official record for Uber, Bolt, or any other service. You use it at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded (including mandatory consumer rights in the European Union / Romania), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Google Play (or to us) to purchase the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Romanian or other mandatory law.

Refunds, if any, are subject to Google Play’s refund policy, not a separate guarantee from us unless required by mandatory law.

7. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying any ride, order, promotion, or work count with the official platform (for example Uber, Bolt, or another service). The App is a personal aid only and is not an official or authoritative source.

You are responsible for your labels, targets, and how you interpret the numbers. We are not a party to any contract between you and a third-party platform.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, third-party rights, or Google Play policies, or to harass others. You will not attempt to misuse overlay permission to deceive others.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its name, icons, and code are owned by AppGameCooker, except for third-party trademarks mentioned only as examples. You obtain no ownership by purchasing or using the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically create a refund; refunds follow Google Play and applicable consumer law. We may stop offering the App or updates at any time. Upon uninstall, the license to use the installed copy ends. Local data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top will be revised when the Terms change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

12. Severability

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived, those rules still apply.

14.Official Notice & Disclaimer:

Our official application and policy references are hosted exclusively at https://appgamecooker.blogspot.com/ . We do not own, control, or take responsibility for any third-party websites, domains, or unauthorized services using our brand names.

15.Updates and New Content

The developer does not guarantee continuous updates or the ongoing addition of new features, levels, content, or improvements. The scope and frequency of updates are at the developer's discretion.

Device and Operating System Compatibility

Compatibility with future Android versions or new devices is not guaranteed. Changes to the operating system, third-party services, or technical limitations may restrict certain features or cause them to stop working. The developer does not undertake to provide compatibility updates for all future devices or operating system versions.

Modification or Discontinuation of the Application

Subject to applicable laws and platform policies, the developer reserves the right to modify the application, remove certain features, discontinue distribution, or remove the application from the app store.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are provided according to the features and conditions specified at the time of purchase. The restoration of permanent purchases is subject to the purchase mechanisms supported by the relevant platform. If the application or any feature becomes unavailable, users' mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Bundles and Previous Purchases

Bundles may include features that have already been purchased separately. The price of a bundle does not automatically account for previous purchases, and previous purchases are not automatically refunded when a bundle is purchased. Please review the bundle contents before purchasing.

Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights that users may have under applicable law and that cannot legally be waived or restricted by contract.
